Mactan Rock will study water sources e.g. gound water, sea or brackish water, surface water, waste water, etc. and will make available safe and clean water for domestic, commercial or industrial use using technologies.
B.O.O.M (Build, Own, Operate and Manage) is a scheme for customers who do not wish to invest or acquire the water treatment equipment. Mactan Rock will build the required equipment at no cost to the customer, operate and manage the equipment to produce the desired water quality and quantity. The customer will only be billed as per consumption or as per a guaranteed purchase volume.
Mactan Rock usually requires the specifications of the existing source and the raw water quality. Please talk to one of our experts and schedule a survey for Mactan Rock to gather these necessary data.
The time it takes to install water systems will depend on the complexity of the project. On average, our standard timeline is three (3) to six (6) months. More complex systems may take longer. Once you sign a contract with us, the final timeline will be stated on the contract.
The type of chemical would depend on the type of problem or issue you have for your water system or equipment. You may discuss this with one of our experts to find the right solution for you.

We can take you on a tour of our facility so you can better assess what you need. If you feel you need to test our equipment, we recommedn renting one for a short period of time so you can test and see for yourself if we are able to meet your needs. Yes, the rental option is available for clients who are on a budget or would like to test our services before entering a long-term contract. If interested, please feel free to contact one of our sales agents to discuss arrangements on how to take this option.
